 @0e7dc019 @3967703f $25 is definitely what the federal minimum wage should be, with Universal Health Care and strong rent control.

Otherwise it's still not enough for an adult (the vast majority of minimum wage workers, not teens) to live independently in any state.

 @90438803 @0e7dc019 @3967703f FYI, if minimum wage rose  in line with productivity since the 70’s, minimum wage would be in the mid-$40 an hour mark.
