Distillate (usually what's in cannabis vape carts)
151 ever clear grain alcohol. 
1 cup of sugar.

Dissolve 1g of Distillate or extract into the 151 ever clear in a shot glass. You may have to warm up the ever clear. (Do not use open flames. I do a hot water bath.)

Once dissolved, pour the shot glass into the 1 cup of sugar and mix until all the sugar is wet like wet sand. It won't dissolve the sugar.

Let the ever clear evaporate overnight on a baking sheet.

Break up the hardened sugar and use to make Kool aid as normal. 

And boom. You just changed the molecular structure of thc binding it to sugar, making it water soluble, and made cannabis Kool aid.
