It's cheap, relatively affordable to purchase, but you still need an RX for it. It is not available OTC in America

You probably have to order it from outside then. Or maybe you can order it from Spain. They're very relaxed about prescriptions (half the stuff I picked up there over the counter I can't get in Germany and when I do it's 4-8x more expensive).
