I'm sure signing the Executive Order on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis that helped torpedo the petrodollar and booting Russia out of the SWIFT banking system didn't have anything to do with it. 

Wonder who the US has to piss off to get booted from the Central Bank system?
