- trying to manipulate the price down for whatever reasons, or
- massively urgently need loads of cash for some expensive purchases, or
- are obliged to sell to Micro Strategy at a low price, or
- are obliged to sell to ETFs at a low price, and Micro Strategy happened to know about their plans and had stacked all that cash to be able to pick up the crumbs. 
 Yeah, kind of strange the price action is lacking behind with all this buying power by Saylor and even more the ETFs. 100-200 million dollar per day.
