Well, I almost got the rental space ready for their move-in today. Almost. Thank God they're super chill, and are cool with me coming in a couple of times next week to finish the bits of painting; mostly finish cutting and such. Now to split some wood, as I promised the new tenants pizzas from The Phoenix tonight.
