 Unfortunately man the only ones that really work are the orange tinted ones.  
From what I understand, it Doesn’t matter the brand or quality.

 Yea I use orange/red tinted ones 

Works great.

Some nights I go:

Red filter on phone 
Red lights in room
Red tint glasses
