If hyper bitcoinization happens, do you not think the government is only going to crack down harder on tax enforcement. 

Replace the word zaps with dollars and think about it lol. Bitcoin is money and government love taxes, especially if their currency collapsing. Look at Canada's Carbon tax or Toronto's "rain" tax (yes they are fucking taxing the rain).

 This is why we need self-custody LN wallets: so they can't go after 100 big custodians but have to go to the  10M-100M real individuals. Make tax enforcement infeasible!
