Oddbean new post about login | logout @jb55 I know you’re a busy guy, but don’t forget about us on the @damus app. I am a diehard Damus user and it will always be my go to app for #nostr but the notifications are broken… Sometimes they never show up at all… Sometimes it takes a half an hour for a simple notification to come in… It just feels like there is some repair work to do here.
you mean push notifications? Sometimes they don’t get to our relay until much later due to a rebroadcast from somewhere
Yeah, lately I have barely been receiving notifications and for the ones that I do it is a good half an hour or so sometimes. Just now, I went into the app and I had new messages but nothing indicating that there was anything new to look at. Normally, I will have a purple dot showing me there is something new also I used to get push notifications pretty much immediately may be a minute or two delay, but that was very rare. Can I do anything different on my end to help?
