@4a888f94 This incident, as well as many others, sets an incredibly bad precedent.  The next incident will be a "distraught" neighbor, upon seeing young people walking on their sidewalk, opens fire. The neighbor will claim they thought the young people might have had questionable intentions. It is the logical next step to the "stand your ground" argument. 

Oh wait, that's already happening.

It gets a bit overwhelming for me. Sometimes I just have to bitch about the obvious examples that would be easy to fix.
