 A childhood friend and his wife lost a lot 2 days ago when their building caught fire. Both of them and their animals survived. One cat was found on the bathroom floor unconscious but still alive after an hour and recovered. Of anybody wants to help, I can post some information or zap this post and they'll be given the earnings.  It's unfortunate bit could have been much worse. Items are replaceable, lives are not. I was amazed to hear that the cat survived. They were able to find and get the others out but couldn't find the one.
