Definitely. Especially when left to ripen on the plant. 

Sometimes you just can’t eat a whole big tomato. They are the perfect size. 

 I tend to let my cayenne peppers ripen on the plant. 

Do you find a difference in flavour/heat when picking them green! 

 the ripe red heat is deeper.
