Results from Friday night baking adventure....
GF Almond Coconut Cake with Swiss Lemon Buttercream Frosting.
I used almond flour and added some yogurt to keep it moist.... I may tinker with the butter ratio a bit more and will post the recipe on my website when I am pleased with the final results.
