Yeah Japan has a bunch of users as well. They use Nostr very different from everyone else though. I had to unfollow all of them because the air replies were too much for me.
How are they using it?
All their notes are top level notes. They don’t reply or use mentions, so your feed gets blasted with tons of notes if you follow them. They use Nostr more like a chat room.

I think a lot of them use Rabbit https://rabbit.syusui.net
It sucks that DeepL doesn’t support Thai :( so purple translations don’t work. May need to integrate other translation apis.
I think translations is a core of nostr and maybe turned on by default during onboarding 🤔
