It is mind boggling to me how many people are just going about their lives living the illusion that they are rich and because they are rich you can not question them or their values or motives.

The money illusion is entirely why and how people have no compassion for each other, Remain entirely self interested, And either politely or violently ignorant of each other. Nobody bothers anyone if everyone holds face: In practice works only under ideal economic conditions.
