This looks like a flower petal where I live except ours is red/orange
It’s ginkgo tree, one of the older trees appearing on earth! 🌳
...can I eat it?..its so pretty, n sounds like it would make a lovely cup of tea
Yes, I take it daily....Good for brain...oxygen supply!
I have lots to learn
We have two huge trees in the garden and had no idea the leaf extract was a thing! Love this, and will definitely try it out!! 🍵🫖
When I found out about it, I realized our neighbor had a huge ginkgo in his garden 🌳 it’s really interesting but I didn’t felt comfortable to use it frequently, the extract. It could support me! Please read enough about it before you try the extract 😊
I have a friend who was taking this regularly - anecdotally he had issues with blood clotting Googling this comes back with "The "memory enhancer" herb ginkgo biloba has been linked to bleeding problems. One of the components in this herb slows blood clotting. Consumers who take ginkgo with other medicines that prevent blood clots, such as Coumadin (warfarin) or aspirin, may increase their risk of bleeding." https://www.consumermedsafety.org/safety-articles/be-cautious-with-ginkgo-biloba
Thank you for your note, that’s exactly what worries me about taking it regularly. I don’t have such issues or take any medis but still 👀 and it could help me with my issues!
