Other brands that scored well in the survey include iQOO (70%), Nothing (69%), and OnePlus (68%).

The survey also found that 5 in 10 people have taken their phone to a service center to get it fixed or to solve an alarming issue.

Overall, the survey results show that Apple is the most satisfying smartphone brand in India, with a strong focus on product quality, service quality, and user experience.
