Right , I have all of the countries in Africa memorised now , the only ones that I was missing was some of the Island nations : 

Mauritius
Comoros
Cape Verde
Seychelles 
Sao Tome and Principe

That's the lot of them now. 
The old memory isn't as bad as I thought it would be ! We'll see in  a weeks time how many I remember , repetition is the key.
