 Know nothing about bartending and alcohols but it'd be dope if you made a drink that was named the Nosterizer or something like that. A signature drink you know. 🤙 
 I made a cocktail for Nostrasia but I didn't end up attending. 
I called it the Tokyo Tarmac, 
2oz Toki Japanese Whiskey
.5 oz luxardo
.25 Creme de Viollette
3 dash acid citrate and Citric acid (70/30 dilution)
1 dash coffe tincture. 
Stirred,  big cube , rocks glass
Lemon expression. 

I deconstructed an Aviation cocktail, supplemented the Gin base with Jaoanese whiskey and replaced the juice with acid to bridge the gap in taste. Anyway, it turned out really good and ended up on our menu.🍻
