 Well my youngest is 5, we try and stretch their bed times buy 15 min more each day leading up to it 

 Bedtime is never the problem. Only the wake time 😮‍💨

 My 5 yo hollered out at exactly the time that his alarm light would have changed color. "Papa, when is my light gonna change?"

The kid's internal clock is impeccable.
