Linux , every time I tried it was awful, I remember thinking, they don't get it, downloading a program and executing the program shouldn't be complex, but the development never got it their heads that adoption needs standards and Windows won long time ago, using that standard at minimum was common sense, after that, ahhh, the drivers compatibility, never perfect always a problem.... Last time I needed to buy a new web cam because apparently my laptop one was not compatible, lol, fuck that.
I recently installed it and so far I am pleased, only one issue, my web wam won't work, tried to find a solution but no lick, meetings have to be with Windows, Linux needs a OS fork, had enough time and clearly not getting the much needed attention and hw adoption
Linux sucks, windows sucks, iOS sucks, everything sucks We need a fork of Linux or Windows or iOS that is FOSS and respect our privacy and is ready for the masses
#Linux is the only OS choice for privacy at the cost of having to learn the system and having limitations of choice in terms of hardware and software, that is the price. but yes, a well funded fork with an effort to accommodate the masses would be nice.
