 Same here. I had to remove the relays which were infiltrated by spammers. 

 I got Amethyst to block ReplyGuy pretty well. Go to Security Filters > Hidden Words, and then add:
"GM, from wss://"
"ReplyGuy on wss://"
"xDBupZD.jpeg"

The .jpeg is the avatar they use, which surprisingly Amethyst searches for.
