the article starts off by talking about using drones to bomb russia. you're going to reply that it's after the invasion, but they don't say. Then there's quotes of high ranking military guys warning Putin that they are doing offensive attacks. So that in and of itself is enough. Check the Zerohedge article, it's got the exact quotes with the points.

You're wording it like a single event battle, "who fired first" And there are generals saying it is offensive, which is enough justification to fear it. It's them forming on the left border over time. The USA would not tolerate Russia building bases with drones in Mexico. And flying the drones into the US

I'm wording no more than citing you: «...CIA lied about starting the war with Russia, by (...) and firing into Russia, way before the invasion...» By saying "America would do the same", are you trying to justify governments attacking other countries like some no man's lands just because it's useful for them?

How shall we understand "the pressures and overtures of the west/us had pushed the Russian state to its breaking point" claim then? Not only is this wildly inaccurate — are we really to believe this neo liberal, white supremacist behemoth was teetering on the edge of collapse, any more so than it was in 1917 or 1991, & that invading a neighboring state would somehow save it from certain death? — for those who believe in anti state politics, it should be a GOOD thing.
