@fd9874f2 I'm a worker w/ a local fnb in California. Theyve been doing this in Houston Tx & Florida for some time. Typically demanding permits for"'large gatherings" @ public places, parks", etc. At least in Houston the cases are serially being thrown out. It's harassment by unenforceable municipal ORDAIN-ances (b/c they ORDAIN them despite constitutionality/historical case law)

We don need no steekin' permits b/c complying would set BAD precedent for groups less able to afford legal help
