I found the Contact List Backup information.
Primal creates a backup of 100+ most recent versions of your Nostr follow list. If your follow list gets erased or corrupted by another Nostr app, you will be able to restore it using the Contact List Backup tool in the Nostr Tools section for Primal Premium users

Good for normies, but you can already get a custom nostr and lightning address using your own domain with a little work.
Also, $7? I'd consider that steep for a brand new service like this.
