 I believe the original owner was a New York transplant and everything is boiled/baked in house daily. Been there since the late 80s.

 @Svoboda Yeah, it seems they sold to a new owner, who based the new decor on *LA* delis (call me suspicious), but the food I tasted was entirely acceptable to my NYC-raised palate.

 Yeah, it's owned by Stephen Siegel and you're spot on as he states LA delis were the inspiration. They own a TON of real estate here in Vegas. He bought Bagelmania and also owns Pink Box and runs those under Amazing Brands.
