Some BS about the company (how great it is to work there from what you heard online and how you are impressed by what they are doing) and if you can mention projects or specifics listed in the job posting that’d be great too. It sucks but flattery will go a long way here. Or just say “me need money for mo bitcoin”
i might go with the standard "I've always been passionate about affording food"
