@55bca1bf I get the feeling the corporations are afraid of getting a "politically incorrect" black eye every time they close one of these and the locals complain about access to healthcare and medication to their politicians. I suspect CVS and Walgreens and others are between a rock and a hard place and they're bleeding money out of the one hand and I bet there's probably some kind of ESG funding to help them from going out of business. Just a gut feeling, mind you.
