 Currently running a month long OMAD experience myself

Intermittent fasting is great 
 I think I could do OMAD with the right protein strategy 
 For sure doable, the first few days were rough though, midafternoon headaches / crashes

I think 16:8 is where I’ll try to settle once the month is over
