Supposedly Ukraine's long range missile shipments have mostly already been blown up. So the permission to use them is mostly one last troll of the world from the flailing fools. 

MIC deep state: here, have some missiles, but don't use them on civilians
Ukraine: thanks * uses them on civilians *
Russia: * blows up missile storage *
Deep state: okay you can use the missiles anywhere now
Everyone: oh no, nukes!
Ukraine: ...

Just another MIC pretext racket to shovel more tax money into their own pockets. Always has been.
