salami in the fridge to snack on helps with the initial transition if you’re not used to it, instead of lunch just have a few bites of protein to get you through the bump. Eventually you won’t need it though
The greatest thing about OMAD is that one meal tastes 3x better for some reason. There’s a huge dopamine release when you eat food that most people have forgotten about. Its amazing.
You also make the effort to make it a better meal
