However I'd push back on the idea that we have no control over its outcome.

We spread the word, crank up the pressure on the perpetrators, and most importantly keep buying #Bitcoin to defuns the state.

 Yes, fair enough! I think in the end it's better to know and then act accordingly. 
I think that TN actually banned something recently (contrails? some kind of spraying?) and the mainstream articles about that were hilarious. It's encouraging that some things can actually change at the state level.
