I work hard and I’m good at my job, a job that requires many skills that take years to master.

And, still, I am at peace knowing I will never own a home, or accrue equity, or have control of my future. I’ll push to change that circumstance for others – but I’m at peace with it being stolen from me. From what I control, it’s done.

And now I get to have little treats and take breaks without those becoming excuses to flog myself. I have other dreams of things I’ll make a leave behind. That’s ok.

 @53de482a I wish everyone had an attitude this incredibly healthy.  Most have an attitude of "I suffered, so others must suffer too."  Your attitude here is so opposite it actually benefits others.  I wish you the absolute best and then some.
