derek you probably know this better than anybody, what kind of range should your heart rate be in during a workout
Mine's normally high but not that high. I've always hit a little over 190 in the middle of cardio but it's a matter of how hard I have to push myself to get it up there. Right now it doesn't take very much. 217 is high enough to make a cardiologist shit his pants!
