The issue is not easy to get across, user tried with Kraken customer service for two weeks to no avail. We know this is a big ask and some might not even consider the amount worth the effort but for us this is about principles: Returning funds to a fellow Bitcoiner, user of Kraken & Boltz 🙏 #Bitcoin never gets boring.
