Noah Lyles, an American sprinter, has revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 just two days before winning a bronze medal in the men's 200m event at the Paris Olympics. Despite his infection, Lyles competed and finished third behind gold medalist Letsile Tebogo from Botswana and silver medalist Kenny Bednarek from the US.
