 Wild mustard is growing everywhere up and down the east coast rn.

It’s part of the brassica family (broccoli, cabbage, kale, arugula, etc.)

If you can find them with unopened flower buds (see pic below) they are tender and SUPER tasty.  

i just take the center stem with the bud on it.

 flap steak - sometimes it’s called bavette.

it’s super tasty but a little tougher than flank.
