I think when price changes they will be shown in $. In the backend prices will be sats but to make it easy the price shown will be $ changing as the price of Bitcoin also changes.

So to do short no. Not for now. (I would like a way to toggle from sats to Bitcoin price but I don't know how) 

 No problem. .0009 BTC is easy enough to convert, sats just seem more intuitive to me
