I briefly thank you personally in Madeira but after going fully carnivore for over a year and sleeping on the floor for half one I can't help but reiterate how this has improved my physical and mental health, my relationships with my friends and family, my business. My life in general has improved in many ways and I try to serve as an example to those around me so they can improve theirs lives as well.
