 Is there a way to undo admin top up yet? Because I still have 25 bitcoin according to lnbits and no way to undo that test.

 DNIs new user manager will make easy, although you could send to another wallet and delete the wallet, that would work.
I'm sure DNI would be happy to have tester of his branch though, if you want that feature sooner.

 idk what dni is. 
also there is even a bug logged showing that that work around you mentioned doesn't work
