You should not have done anything in 4th grade. Nobody deserves anything in 4th grade. Whatever parents are incapable of giving you - you do not have the Karma for it. Once you are sovereign, then you can start wanting things, and blame yourself if you do not manage to get it. You can fight, you can even revenge to whoever contributed to your bad karma, but you have to do it yourself. And you cannot hold the society responsible for not going against your karma on your early days.
And when you look for somebody to hate for your bad karma: I believe all parents always do their best for their children. Look for who tricked them into not being able or not having the right knowledge to give you a better karma. But don't look for those who you think could have helped you but didn't. Nobody ows anything to anyone.
Looking at those who did not help is exactly where the criminals want you to look. "Don't look at me for harming you, hm I dId NoT kNOw wHaT i wAS dOIng hm, look at him, he could have seen that bad thing happening to you, and he did not help you."
