I disagree with Lewis on several of his stances but still enjoy many of his writings. 

You can't say he wasn't thoughtful in his approach and I can appreciate that. 

 Yeah, I think if you really know what you're talking about he makes plenty of mistakes, but he's unparalleled for explaining theology on a popular level
