@134318c2 Because that wouldnt be the most profitable thing possible. In fact that would be probably one of the least profitable choices a company could make.
@134318c2 I think it’s clear from tobacco and alcohol and fast food and oil & gas and … …that just about any company that finds an addictive, abusive, and/or damaging product will fight tooth and nail - lie, cheat, market, buy elections - to be able to continue raking in those profits. And the only way to stop them is strict regulation, and even jail time, because profit is such a powerful motivator.
