Breaking news: Apple and Goldman Sachs have been ordered to pay over $89 million for mishandling consumer disputes related to Apple Card transactions. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) found that Apple failed to send tens of thousands of disputes to Goldman Sachs, and when the bank did receive them, it didn't follow federal requirements. This has resulted in consumers being charged interest on their Apple devices and incorrect credit reports.
