What problem do you see with @simplex? Robosats has a group and it works fine, imo, but I don't know if there are any security and/or privacy issues?
Groups have one very practical issue on @simplex that each message is basically sent as a DM to all other people, because of how delivery works on SimpleX. If you were a message to a group with X people, you send X messages. If the message is a photo, you do the math. Also the user experience is not superb with groups, there are glitches. But it's getting better. Doing this right is surprisingly difficult.
Ok, thanks for the answer. I understand the problem, but personally, I can sacrifice usability if I gain security and privacy. I understand that not everyone is willing to do that, and I also understand that making it usable and easy helps adoption. It's time to keep looking for better solutions. 👍
