 If all major relay choose to deny particular messages/notes or specific npub those wont be seen by many. So relay owwner have real control on who see particular messages.

 Yes, some shit might go down sporadically, some devs will work on that, some plebs will support that. 
Some of those that left Twitter will return to Twitter. 
Some will remain on nostr, will develop on nostr or will appreciate the fact of not being used as a product.

 in the short run i would at least do 10x the servers. strfry has the sync ability, so it is not a big deal but my python scripts that does moderation (to accept or reject notes) would be slow and either i would do multithreaded python or do something like rust in the long run.
