Clearview is fighting the UK decision, arguing that the GDPR, which protects our right to data protection, doesn’t apply to them. They’re saying that because they’re based in the US, they can steal anyone’s photos to feed their database and train their algorithm. 🤮 We continue to see the pitfalls of Clearview AI’s technology.
