 Day 9/31 80ish minutes on an indoor bike, then a back and triceps session on plus some kids soccer. I did not want to lift but by the end I felt refreshed.

 Oh the 80 minutes is sum of all of it 😂. 15 mins on bike to warm up 
 I was going to ask if 80min on an indoor bike got you to a different time zone!
