The biggest problem I've had with low carb diets is electrolytes. Most days I would only eat beef, salt and coffee. However; I would drink four and sometimes even five cups of coffee a day. Eventually I could no longer work out because I would cramp so bad. I couldn't swim because I would cramp and around. This went on for over two years. I added fruit back and it didn't help. I began eating rice and bread again and it did help. However; I missed the mental clarity I had on keto diets. And I'm getting pudgy. I switched to tea and have been able to lower my carbs without getting cramps as bad. So if you have problems with cramps on carnivore or low carb diets remove all coffee and energy drinks. Use loose leaf tea. Seems to work for me anyway. #lowcarb #keto

Yeah for a while. The supplements gave me the shits and I still had the problem.
