 I am in the UK, so would be difficult (only ships with Euro plug), but I already have a BitAxe which I've just been discussing here:

It seems that the Braiins is more powerful, but less efficient.

 Interesting, I've just found it, and it's only $99:

Canaan were big in the day, I believe the first company to produce a Bitcoin ASIC miner.
